Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week of the order being place. However, occasionally due to illness or holiday it may take 2 weeks for dispatch - we will inform you if there will be a delay.

Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any of our products (Magazines, DVDs and VHS) unless the order is incorrect. We would then specify that you return the incorrect order, and we will refund the postage and exchange your item(s) for the correct order.
