*We are happy to accept the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards

*We acknowledge that all such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days

*The process for review is to send full details to dave.elton@btinternet.com. The decision will be made by the website owner.

*The potential outcomes of any investigations/reviews would normally be for any violating content to be removed instantly from the website, subject to the owner's findings.

*Should any person appearing in the website feel that they did not give permission for them to appear then a request for removal of their pictures should be made to dave.elton@btinternet.com. Should the outcome of any investigation determine that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, then the said individual can request that the content be removed. Should that request be denied by the owner/merchant then it is agreed that the disagreement will be allowed to be resolved by an independent neutral body orperson..
